With experience supporting operations, I'm the behind-the-scenes catalyst who creates breathing room for visionary leaders to think, innovate, and drive meaningful change.

I'm a hype-girl at heart. If I could shower everyone with confetti during significant milestones, I would. I love to see people live from alignment, experience a fulfilling and satisfying life, and see their ideas become a reality. I particularly love celebrating the less recognized moments - when you reinvent yourself, push through anxiety to try something new, or gather courage to take a bold step in the direction of the life that is beckoning you.

I’m a lover of the mountains, the earthyness of a matcha latte, getting dirt under my nails from gardening, dancing two-step in old-timey honky tonks, and hosting gatherings of friends.
